Engineering practice.
Engagements are staffed by small teams of senior engineers who retain operational responsibility for the systems they build.
Senior staffing
Each engagement is staffed with senior engineers with prior production experience in financial systems. No pyramid staffing, subcontracting, or junior delivery.
Production ownership
The engineer who designs a system writes its deployment pipeline and runbook. By production cutover the team has already operated the system, triggered its alerts, and recovered from incidents.
Observability before features
Features are not deployed without the instrumentation needed to operate them. Logs, metrics, traces, and audit trails are part of the feature definition.
Honest scoping
Engagements that are unlikely to succeed — due to timeline, architecture, or requirements — are declined or restructured at the outset.
